PTJ Muaythai Gym offers people of all ages and experience levels the opportunity to learn the art of Muaythai (Thai Boxing) in a safe, friendly environment. Trainers at the gym are Thailand trained and have had over 15 years experience in the sport, competing and working with athletes at both amateur and professional levels.

We pride ourselves not only in providing world class Muaythai training, but we also believe in creating a motivating environment filled with like-minded people of all ages, and those who are committed to training hard, learning real muaythai and achieving results. The Home of Sydney Muaythai

Located at 214 Harbord Road, Brookvale, our newly fitted Muaythai Gym features 200m2 training space, a 6 x 6 meter competition size boxing ring, 7 boxing bags, Thai Pads, Focus Mitts, as well as toilets, showers and change rooms making us the premier Muaythai Gym on the Northern Beaches in Sydney. You’ll love training in our facility, but you’ll also love our comfortable waiting area, modern toilets, change rooms and showers to freshen up post workout. Andrew Parnham

Andrew is a former professional fighter who has been involved in muaythai for 20 years. Since opening PTJ Muaythai Gym, he has produced numerous champions and has a passion for all facets of muaythai. Andrew was nominated for

Trainer of the Year in 2013/2014/2015 and was awarded an Honorary Degree in 2015 from Mor Rachabhat Chombueng University in Thailand, a first for a non-Thai. Andrew has an eye for detail and prides himself in teaching a pure form of muaythai, with an attention to detail, clinch techniques and kicking style. Andrew has limited time to teach PT’s due to his busy schedule but is available at certain times.

Kim Donghwan

Kim is a Korean trainer/fighter having spent time learning his craft in Malaysia and Thailand, and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Some of Kim’s achievements include:

  • 30 Fights 19 Wins (11KO’s) 11 Loses
  • WMC I-1 World Champion
  • Thailand World Muay Thai TOPKING Series runner up (VS Sangmanee)
  • 2 times Muay Extreme 8 man championship Runner up(Quater Final, Final) in Thailand
  • First Korean fought in Lumpinee Stadium
    Former W.P.M.F No.5

Kim has a vast amount of knowledge and is a real gentleman of the gym. Don’t be fooled by his kind nature, he’s a real task master and looks to get the most out of every session.

Lindon Wotton

A product of PTJ Muathai Gym, with 9 years Muaythai experience and an impressive fight history, Lindon has a wealth of Muaythai knowledge and experience. During his fight career Lindon was known for his aggressive, walk forward, southpaw style and was a fan favourite to watch.

Lindon is a positive, enthusiastic trainer who is passionate about getting results and uses his Muaythai journey as an example of how hard work and determination can bring out the best in people.

Some of his career highlights are:

  • 9 Years Muaythai Experience
  • 28 fights – 17 Wins – 11 Losses – 3 KO’S
  • 2 times Australian Nationals Gold medalist: 2014 and 2015
  • Australian team member at World Championships:
    2015 – Thailand
    2016 – Sweden
  • Certificate 3 / 4 Fitness Professional

Lindon will be working in both Gladesville / Brookvale gym group classes and will be available for PT’s at both.[/expander_maker]

PTJ Muaythai Gym is located in Brookvale, NSW, just off Pittwater Road. If you are travelling south (towards Sydney) to the gym, simply turn left at Harbord Road then about 100m down you will see us on the right with the huge PTJ signage on the top of the building.
