We know it can be daunting walking into any gym, let alone a combat sports / martial arts gym. The FREE CONSULTATION session is your first entry into PTJ and we invite all first timers at PTJ to this class first to ensure placement into the correct level and provide you with the best possible customer experience so you don’t feel like a fish out of water.


For Beginners

Learn the basics

Once you have completed the BASICS course, Muaythai BEGINNERS is the perfect way to put what you have learned into practice. It covers basic footwork, striking, combinations and defence. It is a great way to train alongside other people of the same experience level in a safe environment

Learn the basics

When you have a clear understanding of the basic movements and how to use the equipment of Muaythai, you will be able to minimise the risk of injury and see better results, faster. Join our fun and supportive Basics Program to start your Muaythai journey the right way.


For Fitness

Get fit and have fun

Whether you’re at a beginner level or advanced, this class is designed to make you sweat and improve your endurance. Using basic muaythai techniques combined with HIIT strategies this class is a great way to get fit and have a lot of fun at the same time.


For Everyone

The next level

As the name suggests, Muaythai 4 Everyone sessions are open to all. It’s a great way for non-fighters / fighters to train and mix it up together and train in a safe, friendly and supervised environment. The emphasis on these classes is on learning correct techniques while getting a good workout at the same time.


For Advanced / Fighters

Fight Style Training

By invitation only. These classes are designed for those looking to fight or are at a fighter level. The sessions are like you would find at any gym in Thailand and consist of pad work, bag work, sparring and clinching. They focus on more advanced Muaythai techniques, involve contact and fighter-based training


One-On-One/Small Group Training

Fast-track your results

Personal muaythai training sessions are a great way to get 100% of the trainer’s attention in a private session. Private sessions are a good way to focus on fine tuning your technique, improving fitness, or just having some fun letting off some steam.  


Members Only

Put in some extras at your own pace.

If you haven’t made it to a class, or just want to burn off some steam, make up the time at an Open Gym session. Work on your weaknesses, supplement your training routine and keep your strength and fitness goals on track.
