Have you always wanted to start muaythai but weren’t sure where to begin? Or maybe you have tried a couple of lessons but were fearful of holding people back?
PTJ Muaythai Gym will now be conducting a series of Beginner’s Muaythai Courses for those looking to make a start with people just like you.
Our next course will be starting on Tuesday February 16th and will run for 4 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm – 8pm.
To help you get back into the swing of things and get you well on track for achieving your 2016 fitness goals, we will be hosting a MORNING MUAYTHAI SESSIONS throughout Summer. These sessions MUST be pre-booked and are run in 4 week cycles on Tuesdays/Thursdays mornings from 6am-7am.
