We require two weeks notice for all account suspensions. If you put your account on hold, please note that this will extend the duration of your membership. We have a 2 week minimum suspension period.

How do I book in training sessions?
All sessions must be booked in the MindBody App. If you are having any problems logging in or with your account syncing, please contact the front desk on arrival.
Why can't I book into a session?
The most common reasons for not being able to book in are:
- You can’t book in past your direct debit date
- You may have a failed direct debit payment
- Your account may not be synched correctly

What does it mean if I’m on the waitlist?
In rare circumstances, we may have a cap on a class and it might have reached that limit. The wait list allows up to two people to be notified if an member cancels a booking and a spot is made available for an upcoming class. Keep your eyes peeled for an email if you’re on the waitlist – you may very well get a spot.
What happens if I can’t make a session I’ve booked for?
You’ll need to cancel your booking within MindBody App to make a spot available for someone else. If you fail to cancel your booking before the 12 hour time frame a visit will be deducted from your account. This is to ensure that these spots are valued, as someone else may have been able to come and take your spot.
Can I train outside of scheduled classes?
With COVID-19 restrictions, we’ve had to put an end to open gym sessions. We’ll keep you updated when things change.
